Returns & Warranty Policy for JDM Engines, Transmissions & Parts
Thank you for shopping at Japanegines.com. Because we sell used/low-mileage JDM mechanical products, our return policy is specific to this industry.
1. No Returns on Engines & Transmissions
- Due to the nature of JDM engines and transmissions (tested, imported, and sold as-is with a start-up warranty), we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong fitment, or buyer's error.
- It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your vehicle before ordering. Contact us with your VIN or vehicle details if unsure.
2. Warranty Coverage (Limited)
- We offer a standard [example: 30-day or 60-day] start-up warranty on JDM engines and transmissions from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers internal mechanical failure *only if* the unit was installed by a certified mechanic and not modified, overheated, or run without oil.
- Warranty does not cover: labor costs, fluids, sensors, gaskets, shipping damage, or installation errors.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
- If we send the wrong product, or the item arrives damaged (visible on delivery), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Return Process for Approved Claims
